Man With Milwaukee Ties Arrested In Brooklyn Shootings

The man who opened fire Tuesday morning at a Brooklyn, NY subway station has been arrested.

Frank James was arrested near a fast food location in New York, and has been charged with a federal terrorism offense.

James is a New York City-area native, and also had addresses in Philadelphia and Milwaukee.

The shooting injured 10, while another 13 people were hurt trying to exit the scene.

Frank James is believed to have rented a U-Haul van, and then left the scene, leaving behind keys to the van as well as the fun, ammunition, magazines, a hatchet, smoke grenades and gasoline.

Authorities say James was in possession of a gas mask, deployed gas canisters, then opened fire at the subway station.

There was a $50,000 reward for information that resulted in an arrest.
