Monday Accident Ends In One Man Arrested

A Monday afternoon accident ends up with two vehicles heavily damaged and one person arrested.

The incident occurred Monday afternoon just before 6:00 p.m. at the corner of N. Park Ave. and Harbor View Dr. in Fond du Lac. A truck being driven by a male was traveling west on Harborview when he blew through the stop sign and collided with a van on N. Park Ave. 

The truck sustained heavy front end damage while the van received major damage to the rear. The male driver was arrested for OWI 2^nd offense causing injury as well as cited for failing to stop at a stop sign. There were no further details given as to the extent of any injuries as a result of the accident.
