It’s opening day for the
Milwaukee Brewers as they hosts the Atlanta Braves at Miller Park.
Jean Segura is expected to get the start at shortstop today after missing most
of spring training with a shoulder issue. 
 Yovani Gallardo makes his 5th
straight opening day start for the Brewers.

the MLB season on American soil.

stopped Michigan State
60-54 and Kentucky got a late three pointer to
edge Michigan
75-72.

 

The Wisconsin Badger men’s
basketball team returned to Madison to thousands
of fans at the Kohl
Center
.  Bo Ryan’s squad earned the 3rd Final
Four in school history with their 64-63 overtime win over Arizona
The Badgers will face Kentucky
in the 2nd of 2 national semifinals next Saturday night.  The tip is set for 7:49pm in New Orleans

Kurt Busch won the NASCAR
Sprint Cup race at Martinsville
on Sunday. Jimmie Johnson was 2nd and Dale Earnhardt, Junior was 3rd.  Earnhardt retakes the points lead with his
finish.  Matt Kenseth was 6th.

 

Steven Bowditch won the Texas
Open on the PGA Tour by one shot over Will MacKenzie and Daniel
Summerhayes.  Madison’s Jerry Kelly tied for 6th,
3 shots off the pace.
