Moraine Park Dean of Economic and Workforce Development Jo Ann Hall says they do offer worker training in the classroom. But they also get out in the community where they can meet with employers to come up with solutions for workforce issues. She says those solutions might be creating a brand new customized class, it might be connecting them to another resource in the community, it might be getting students into program classes Moraine Park already has.
