Multiple Speeders Hit Triple Digits Monday, At Least One Ticketed

While most travelers were cruising home at a normal speed Monday, one person was trying to get home at an unusually high rate of speed. Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Deputies were notified just before 10:45 am Monday that a person on I-41 was driving a red hatchback and doing over 100 miles an hour. Deputies were able to catch up to the suspect and pulled the 31-year old male over. The driver of the hatchback was issued a citation for speeding.

That wasn’t the only report of a vehicle doing triple digits on Monday. Deputies were also on the lookout just before 3:oo p.m. that a small blue Chevy was making its way into Fond du Lac County from Winnebago County, doing 100+ miles per hour, however Deputies were not able to locate that vehicle.
