Murder Suspect Arrested In Oshkosh

Oshkosh Police and agents from the state’s Division of Criminal Investigation took a murder suspect into custody Sunday night in the City of Oshkosh. James Lussier was wanted for the murder of Wayne Valliere in Iron County, Wisconsin. The murder happened on December 22nd. Lussier was taken into custody without incident. He was arrested for party to the crime of conspiracy to commit first degree homicide and failure to appear-resisting and obstructing in Vilas County.  He was also arrested on an outstanding warrant through the Marathon County Sheriff’s Office.
