Names Of Missing Man And Dog Released

Winnebago County Sheriff’s officials have released the names of a 39-year-old Greenfield man and his dog who they believe fell into the Fox River last weekend. The search is continuing for William E. Koepke and his dog Drako, a Belgian Teverian. Koepke was last seen about 9 p.m. last Friday night. He was staying with a group of people in a cabin along the river in the Town of Rushford when he went to look for Drako. Tracks were found the next day leading up to the Fox River.
