Neighbors Weigh In On N.Y. City Subway Shooter

People in Milwaukee describe the alleged New York City subway shooter as an angry drifter.

His former neighbors on Milwaukee’s near-north side say Frank James didn’t have any friends. He recently posted in one of his many online videos that he was leaving Wisconsin, and that he never planned to come back alive.

James’ sister tells The New York Times her brother moved from city to city, and she wasn’t sure what kind of work he did.

Managers at PeopleReady, a southeast Wisconsin staffing agency, say James got a job through their office, but aren’t saying what he did, or where he worked.
