New Audio And Video Equipment Debuted During FDL City Council Meeting

The improvements to the audio and video equipment in the legislative chambers of the Fond du Lac City-County Government Center made their debut during the City Council’s meeting Wednesday night. City Manager Joe Moore says they monitored things inside the chambers and there was a television viewer who also let them know how things were going on television. There was a little glitch with the mike at the public podium. The volume wasn’t set high enough, but that will be fixed by setting the level higher for broadcasts. Moore says overall he was pleased with the new equipment and their broadcast. In addition to the improved picture and sound for those viewing at home, multiple flat screens inside the chambers and a new voting system also are more accommodating to those viewing the meetings at the chambers.
