New Dodge County K9 Handler

Dodge County Sheriff’s K-9 Paige is getting a new partner. Sheriff Dale Schmidt says Paige’s partner Chad Enright was promoted o Lieutenant and now has other duties. Sergeant Joseph Nicholas has been reassigned to her. Schmidt says Nicholas is a second shift sergeant who has been very motivated and has always shown a strong interest in drug enforcement. He says the new team will get together for the first time this weekend. Schmidt says the new team is going through acclamation and training and will begin working together on the road in mid-May.
