No Injuries Reported In Mobile Home Explosion

A Christmas Day explosion in Marquette County remains under investigation.

Deputies were called out December 25, 2021 at 1:38 P.M. with a 911 call reporting a Mobile home explosion at Puckaway Shores in Mecan Township, located in Marquette County.

The Mobile home was unoccupied at the time and fortunately no injuries were reported. The structure blew outward with debris spreading throughout the area. Princeton Fire Department, Marquette County EMS and Marquette County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the scene. 

The Mobile home explosion remains under investigation by the Princeton Fire and Rescue Department and the Marquette County Sheriff’s Office.
