No Need to Freak – Giannis named “Player of the Week” Again

For the second consecutive week and sixth time this season, Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has been named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week. Giannis averaged 25.7 points, nine rebounds, six assists, 2.7 steals and 1.3 blocks per game in helping the Bucks go 3-0 on the week, to run their league-best record to 38-13. The Greek Freak capped the week with a 37 point and 10 rebound performance against Washington, where he went a perfect 17 for 17 from the free throw line – setting a franchise record for most free throws made without a miss.
