No Suspects in Manitowoc Double Homicide

Manitowoc Police have yet to arrest any suspects in a double homicide that left a father and daughter dead in their home. Officers say they are “constantly” interviewing people about the crime. No specific details are being provided to avoid compromising the investigation. It is believed to be an isolated incident and that that the public is not in danger – but it is possible the person who committed the crime could return to the area.

51-year old Richard Miller and 19-year old Jocelyn Miller were found dead on September 9th – and police say there is no indication they were connected to any crime in the area. Anyone with information is asked to contact Manitowoc Police. There is a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
