North Fond du Lac Trailer Fire

The North Fond du Lac Fire Department responded to a trailer fire along Robin Drive on Tuesday night. When crews arrived, there was heavy smoke coming from the trailer and flames visible from the back side. After quickly knocking down the blaze, it was determined to be an electrical fire caused by an air conditioning unit. There was heavy fire damage to a bedroom, with smoke and water damage throughout the trailer. Fire Chief Jake Flaherty wants to remind everyone to close the door if you’re escaping a fire – as it helps contain the flames.
