Oakfield School District Qualifies For Sparsity Aid

The Oakfield School District will be receiving a little over $150,000 in sparsity aid from the state for the current school year. The small school district in Fond du Lac County has an enrollment of 506 students. The aid is based on membership of 745 or fewer students and density of less than 10 pupils per square mile of the district’s geographic area. A total of 144 school districts qualified for the $18.5 million in aid.
