Alice M. Mullholland

Alice M. Mulholland, 66, of Fond du Lac, died Monday, March 1, 2021 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Fond du Lac on December 13, 1954, a daughter of David and Audrey (Deitte) Peebles. Alice married Blair S. Mulholland in 1974 in Dubuque, Iowa. They had one son Scott “Scotty” Mulholland, also of Fond du Lac.

Alice attended St. Louis School, Sabish and Goodrich High School. She was employed at Tecumseh Products Company in New Holstein for 34 years. Alice also worked as a housekeeper at Marian University until her retirement in 2014. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Blair; her son, Scotty; eleven siblings, Karen Skarda of Fond du Lac, Mike (Mary) Peebles of St. Peter, Margaret (Robert) Fields of Fond du Lac, Katy (B.J.) Havlik of Bayfield, Sue (Tim) Smith of Mt. Calvary, Tom Peebles of North Fond du Lac, John (Chris) Peebles of Oshkosh, Ann (Joe) Wettstein of Fond du Lac, Mark (Robin) Peebles of Fond du Lac, Lisa (Chuck) Battan of Crystal Falls, Mich., and Lori Peebles of Fond du Lac; six brothers-in-law, Brick Mulholland of Fond du Lac, Brent Mulholland of Manitowoc, Brad Mulholland of Knoxville, Tenn., Brian (Jo) Mulholland of Lake City, Fla., Barry (Stephany) Mulholland of Akron, Ohio, and Boyd (Kim) Mulholland of Marietta, Ga; a sister-in-law, Sharon Peebles of Fond du Lac; two godchildren, Billie Jo Fields of Van Dyne and Ali Salzman of Bayfield; and by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, David & Audrey; Blair’s parents, Brick and Eleanor Mulholland; a brother, David Peebles, Jr.; three brothers-in-law, James Skarda, Ralph Fields, and Blaine Mulholland; and two nieces, Angela Fields, and Patricia Rumbuc.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM with Deacon Dale Paczkowski officiating. Entombment will follow in Chapel of the Risen Christ Mausoleum, Calvary Cemetery in Fond du Lac.
