Andrew J. Driedric,Jr. 87, of Fond du Lac, formerly of Port Washington passed away on Sun. Aug. 2, 2015 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac surrounded by his wife of 42 years, Mary Jane his sole caregiver for the past 15 years. He was born in Green Bay on July 29, 1928, the son of Andrew Joseph and Agnes (nee Callahan ) Driedric. On June 9, 1973, he married Mary Jane Davis at the United Methodist Church in Oconomowoc. Andrew attended School in Port and was a member of St. Mary’s Church and Holy Family in Fond du Lac. He was the third Life Time Member of the Saukville Rifle and Pistol Club. He worked for Milwaukee and Chicago Northwestern Railroad Road for 22 years. He considered himself a born salesman and sold industrial lighting and copiers. His boys said he was the most positive person they knew and he named his son’s middle names after himself. 



Survivors include his wife Mary Jane, two sons: Mike (Angie) of Luxemborg and Dr. John (Angie) of Fond du Lac, 6 grandchildren: Luke, Dorothy, Charlie, Ethan, Eli and Everett, one sister Judy (Harold) Last of Waupaca, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 



Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and one sister. 



Mass of Christian Burial will be held Fri. August 7th at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 430 Johnson Street Port Washington, WI 53074. The Rev. Tom Lijewski will officiate with burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday Aug. 7th at the CHURCH from 10:00 AM until time of Mass.
