Anita L. Jones

Anita L. Jones, 83, of Fond du Lac, died Monday, June 25, 2018 at Grancare Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Fond du Lac. She was born October 30, 1934, in Chilton, a daughter of Clem and Rose (Karls) Stenz. On August 10, 1973, Anita married David Jones. He preceded her in death on November 29, 2015.

Anita enjoyed the time that she was able to spend with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Community Parish and had retired from Wells Manufacturing.

Survivors include her children, Allan (Kathy) Randall of Beaver, OR, Lynn (Mary) Randall of Fond du Lac, Brian (Julie) Randall of Lamartine, and Jeanne (David) Konen of Mt. Calvary; step-children, Cindy (Steve) Kirchoff, Rick (Pam) Jones and Tammy (Brian) Paulin, all of Fond du Lac; grandchildren, Melissa Batermann, Kelly (Michael) Hofheins, Chris Randall, Patrick Randall, Ben Randall, Danielle (Michael) Thimmig, and Heaven Randall; step-grandchildren, Amy (Coleman) Jones, Sarah Kirchoff, Rylee and Peyton Jones, Jodie Hills, Savannah Luchinski, and Cheyenne Steffen; great-grandchildren, Colin and Mackenzie Thimmig, Rylee, Nathan and Meagan; and step-grandchildren, Isabella Swanson, Kinley Gerard and Lilianna Rose. She is further survived by her brothers and sisters, Virginia Bertram of Mt. Calvary, Melvin (Norma) Stenz of Plymouth, Mary Jane (Bill) Murray of West Bend, Alice Stenz of Pipe, Grace Stenz of Fond du Lac, and Jim and Jean Jones of Fond du Lac.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clem and Rose; her husband, David; brothers, Sylvester, Erwin, Leander and Norman; sisters, Rosebell Fryda and Elfrieda Steffes; brothers-in-law, Elmer Steffes, George Fryda, Elmer Bertram and Jeff Wallender; sisters-in-law, Pat Stenz, Joanne Stenz, Ione Stenz and Barbara Wallender; and a grandson, Michael Konen.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Friday, July 6, 2018 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home, 524 N. Park Ave. in Fond du Lac with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM. Entombment in Shrine of Rest Mausoleum, Ledgeview Memorial Park Cemetery will follow the services.
