Barbara L. Peterson

Barbara L.
Peterson, a resident of Waupun, passed away December 7, 2019 at Beaver Dam
Health Care Center. She was born November 16, 1951 in Baraboo to Robert and Charlotte
(Coy) Bauer.

Barb
graduated from Beaver Dam High School in 1969. She attended nursing school in
Florida and became an LPN. She married Paul Peterson in 2004 at the Waupun
Assembly of God church in Waupun.

Barbara was
an avid church goer and loved to go for walks. She enjoyed learning and
continued her education throughout her life.

Barbara will
be dearly missed by her husband Paul of North Fond du Lac; a son Matthew
(Emily) Streekstra of Beaver Dam; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a
sister Kathy Gallenbeck; other relatives and friends.

Barbara was
preceded in death by her parents; a brother Gary Bauer; a nephew Christopher
Gallenbeck; as well as other relatives.

SERVICES:
Barbara’s family invites friends and relatives for a time of visitation on
Thursday December 12, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at Zacherl Funeral Home.
Internment at Ledgeview Memorial Park will follow at 3:00 PM.

Barbara’s
family would like to give a special thank you to St. Agnes Hospital and the
staff at Beaver Dam Health Care Center.

In lieu of
flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
