Brian C. Emmer

Brian
Charles Emmer, 27, passed away unexpectedly on February 3, 2018 as the result
of a tragic automobile accident.  He was
born on January 9, 1991 in Fond du Lac, to Brian and Katherine (Stommel) Emmer. 


At a young
age, Brian demonstrated his dedication to personal growth by attaining the
highest achievement in scouting, the rank of Eagle Scout.  His passion for life and his adventurous
spirit were always on full display as he pursued his dreams.


A graduate
of Mayville High School, Brian worked for a number of years at Smucker
Corporation in Ripon, WI and, more recently, at Mid-States Aluminum Inc in Fond
du Lac, WI.  He was always fully engaged
in his job and enjoyed any challenge that advanced his knowledge and
experience.


In his spare
time he enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. 
Because of his warm-hearted and generous nature, he was known to
selflessly offer his aid to anyone, often shuffling his schedule to accommodate
someone in need. 


Brian is
survived by his parents, Brian and Katherine Emmer of Brandon WI; two sisters,
Sandra (John) Bailey of Fond du lac Wi, and Jennifer (Jake) Dittmann of DePere
WI; two nephews, Caiden Emmer and Brantley Dittmann; grandparents Ramona
Stommel of West Bend, WI and Richard and Nancy Skudlarczyk of Clinton AK; aunts
and uncles Carol (Gregg) Hutchison of Kewaskum, WI, Alan Stommel of West Bend,
WI, Robert Stommel of Adell, WI, 
Germaine(Fred) Pidgeon of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Raymond (Cynthia) Emmer
of North Fond du Lac, WI,  Eileen Klatt
of Conway, AK, Wi, Paul (Tiffany) Emmer of Conway AK, Marirose Johnson of
Clarkesville AK, Kevin Emmer of  Delavan,
Wi, Christopher Emmer of Tulsa, OK, Dale Skudlarczyk of Clinton, AK and Danyl
Skudlarczyk of Harrison, AK; many cousins and dear friends.


Brian was
preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charles Stommel and Raymond Emmer and
one uncle, David Stommel.


Visitation: Brian’s family welcomes relatives and friends to
a time of visitation at Holy Family Catholic Church, 271 4th Street
Way, Fond du Lac, on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 9:00 to 11:45 AM.


Service: A Mass of Christian Burial
will be celebrated following visitation on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 12:00
PM. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
