Charlotte Jane Patt

Charlotte Jane Patt, age 4, daughter of Dustin and Tammy Patt, sister of Novella (8), Wyatt (6) and Everlee Patt (5m), passed away Tuesday, February 15th, 2022.

Born February 28th, 2017, Charlotte was diagnosed with a rare gene mutation called Shprintzen-Goldberg Syndrome. In her short time here on earth she faced many medical obstacles, but her family always fought for her quality of life. Seeing her smile was such a blessing and her life brought joy to so many. Charlotte’s favorite things were Disney movies, music and her daddy singing, books at bedtime with her siblings, parties with her cousins, blankies, and her stuffed piggies.

Charlotte had as mentioned 3 siblings, a dog named Hank, 7 cousins (Drake, Amelia, Henry, Kit, Ivy, Otto, and Arya); 6 aunts and uncles (Jesse and Mandy Patt, Casey Patt, Hunter Schmitz, Kayla Schmitz, and Jaydan Schmitz); 3 sets of grandparents (Kari and Dan Patt, Kim and Dave Finn, and Sabrina and Tom Schmitz); and 2 great grandmas (Germaine Patt and Bonnie Knepel)
