David A. Binnebose

David A. Binnebose, 73, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, January 14, 2022 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born July 2, 1948 in Fond du Lac, the son of Kenneth and Edith (Jastromski) Binnebose. David served in the US Army during the Vietnam War from 1967 -1969. On October 10, 1970 he married Barbara L. Bera at Hope Lutheran Church.

David worked for Rueping Leather, BASF Corporation and owned and operated Falcon Consulting, retiring in 2010. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, American Legion, and RMEF. In the 1980’s he was lead vocalist for the band Chapter V. David enjoyed drag racing and was to Nationals 4 times. He loved hunting with his grandchildren, singing, and camping.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara; two sons, Shawn (Andrea) Binnebose of Hanover, MN and Erik (Nicole) Binnebose of Green Bay; grandchildren, Alex (Kaitlan), Arianna, Johnathon (Kavita), Nicholas, Patrick, Noah, and Abigail; great grandchildren, Brynlon, Oliver, Cameron, Lincoln, and Amelia; three siblings, Julie (Juan) Campos, Leah (Aziz) Benzinzeb, and Mark Binnebose; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Janice (Brian) Salchert.

The visitation will be held Friday, January 21, 2022 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 606 Forest Avenue in Fond du Lac. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM at church on Friday. Masks are required while in attendance. Military honors will be held following the service. Cremation has taken place.
