Duaine Hoeft, 87, of Neshkoro, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
Duaine was born November 2, 1929 in the town of Eldorado, the daughter of Edward and Fern Dins. She was united in marriage to Harvey Henry Hoeft on July 11, 1948. Duaine worked at the Shoe Factory, Sand Knit, and Dr. Egan’s Dental Office in Waupun. She also worked as the Town Clerk Treasurer of Neshkoro for several years. She belonged to the Ladies VFW Auxiliary in Neshkoro. She loved to bowl, golf and cook.
Duaine is survived by her three children: Joanne (Chris) Kaloian of Las Vegas, Harvey (Donna) Hoeft of Waupun, and Deborah (Ozcan Yilmaz) Veleke of Waupun; four grandchildren: Christophor (Annie) Henkel, Sharlean Loomans, Tracy (Brion) Ahrens, and Michael (Sabrina) Hoeft; eleven great-grandchildren: PJ Dupor, Madison Dupor, Brion Ahrens, Jr., Dexter Ahrens, Hailey Hoeft, Parker Hoeft, Arizona Hoeft, Brady Hoeft, Bennett Loomans, Isabella Henkel, and Aybars Yilmaz; a niece, Christina (Robert) Beske; and two great-nephews, James Beske and Greg Beske.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Fern Dins; sister, Lucille Newman; and her husband, Harvey Hoeft.
Funeral services for Duaine Hoeft will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Neshkoro with Pastor Franklin Giebel officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in the town of Trenton. Friends and relatives may call on the family on Friday at Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun from 4-7 p.m. and at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
