Earl August Fredrick Jr

Earl August Fredrick Jr., 56, of Fond du Lac, was called to rest with his Savior, Jesus, at St. Agnes Hospital on Thursday, July 25, 2013.  Earl was born in Park Falls, WI on September 24, 1956, the son of Earl W. and Dorothy G. (Gauthier) Fredrick Sr. 

Earl attended Butternut High School in Butternut, WI.  He then attended Rice Lake Technical College for auto mechanics.  Earl then worked on the family farm for over ten years after which he moved to Juneau, WI where he worked on a large dairy farm.  From there he moved to Lomira, WI and worked for Orkin for five years. 

Earl started his own business, Fly Control Guys LLC, over ten years ago in which he employed his family in operating the business. 

Earl was a member of Divine Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church in North Fond du Lac. 

He loved family gatherings because family was his life.  Earl’s proudest accomplishment was his children.  He enjoyed being in the north woods especially fishing.  He also enjoyed woodworking and making gifts for his family.  Playing cards was a great pastime. 

Earl is survived by six children: Dara, Earl III “Duke” (fiancee, Adrienne Behr), Josh (fiancee, Jessica Stumbaugh), Nick, Ashley (fiance, Nick Hagedorn), Richard, all of Fond du Lac; extended family, Nick Russell, Angie (Greg) Ewald, Walter (Haydee) Scheel, Wendy Scheel and son Austin and Desirae Pett; four sisters, Sandy (John) Maas, Karen (Duane) Pichler, Connie (Dennis) Glick and Linda (Dennis) Armstrong; his fiancee, Dawn Pett; grandchildren, Hayliegh, Keira, Austin, Delilah, and Jayden; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Preceding Earl in death are his loving parents, one sister Mary Fredrick.

Visitation:  Earl’s family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 from 3:00 to 5:15 PM at Divine Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1081 N. Prospect Avenue, North Fond du Lac. 

Service:  At 5:30 PM at Divine Savior Luther Church a funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 30.  Burial will be on Wednesday, July 31 at Union Cemetery, Butternut, WI.
