Ervin J, Odekirk

Ervin J. Odekirk, 85, went to meet his Lord on Thursday, April 12th 



2018 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac surrounded by his loving family. 





Ervin was born in the Town of Eden on July 1, 1932, the son of Ernie and Emma (Prindle) Odekirk. 





Ervin attended school at the little Woodside School in the Town of Eden. He graduated from Campbellsport High School in 1950. 





Ervin married the love of his life Marjorie Konstanz on June 6th 1954. They farmed together on the family farm for 64 years where they raised their 4 children. 





Ervin was proud of the farm being in the family for 164 years. 





He is survived by his wife Marge, sons Rex Odekirk of Campbellsport, and Clint (Shari) Odekirk of Campbellsport and daughters Dawn (Jeff) Hess of Rhinelander and Joy (Sam) Ramirez of Eden. He is further survived by grandchildren Candi (Greg) Dallaire, Justin (Jenny) Hess, Josh (LeaAnn) Odekirk, Jessi (Scott) Scholtes, Sammy Ramirez and Jacob Ramirez and great grandchildren Matthew, Aiden, Aubrey, Allison, Alex, Malaina, Claire and Max. He is also survived by a very special nephew Bob (Sharon) Anderson of Wausau. 





Ervin was preceded in death by his sisters and brothers-in-law Lillian and Bob Anderson, Pearl and Lenny Birkholz and Eunice Odekirk. 





Visitation will be Thursday April 19th from 3 to 7 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport and on Friday April 20th from 12 Noon until time of services at the Campbellsport United Methodist Church. 





Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April20th at 1:00 pm at Campbellsport United Methodist Church, 203 N. Fond du Lac Ave. with the Rev. Roger Clapp officiating. Cremation will follow the tradition services. 





Memorials may be directed to the United Methodist Church of Campbellsport, American Heart Association or American Cancer Society. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Vander Kooy, Lisa Michels, and the staff at the Agnesian Cancer Center.
