Eva Trastek

Eva “Louise” Trastek, 88, of
Fond du Lac, died on Friday, November 3, 2017, at Agnesian Hospice Home of
Hope.

 

She was born on June, 5,
1929, in San Antonio, Texas, the daughter of William and Eva Carver Riser.  She graduated from University of
Texas-Austin, Texas.  On June 11, 1960,
she married Ward F. Trastek, in San Antonio, Texas.

 

Eva was a member of Cathedral
Church of St. Paul.  She was active with
the Cathedral Mouse Factory and other church activities, and she enjoyed
traveling.

 

She is survived by her
husband, Ward F. Trastek of Fond du Lac; her daughters: Laurie (Dick) Leban of
Austin, Texas and Lynn (Tom) Tarpey of Madison; four grandchildren: Bronwyn
Nehring, Thomas Tarpey, Brianna Tarpey and Teresa Leban ; one great
granddaughter, Aviendha Nehring; her sister Frances Heard of Houston, Texas.  She is further survived by a brother in law,
John Trastek of Manitowoc and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

 

She was preceded in death by
her parents, and a sister, Betty Robertson.

 

FUNERAL: Memorial Mass of Resurrection
will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Cathedral Church
of St. Paul, 51 West Division Street, Fond du Lac, with Deacon Michael
Hackbarth officiating.

 

Cremation has taken place.

 

Memorials are appreciated to
the Cathedral Church of St. Paul or Hospice Home of Hope.
