My personal message to
all of you:

I would like to thank
everyone in my C.D. Smith Construction family, what an honor it has been to
work with all of you.

I am extremely
grateful for the care provided by physicians and staff at the Agnesian Cancer
Center and the Hospice Hope Program.
They treated me like family and extended my life by two years.

I wish that I felt
better and could be doing something other than sitting in a rocking chair and
writing my own obituary.

Thanks to everyone
that touched my life.  Have a great life
and thank God for each and every day.  I
hope to see you all again someday in heaven.
