Genevieve C. (nee Cochrane) Kautsky
Genevieve C. (nee Cochrane) Kautsky, a resident at the St. Francis Home, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at the home.
She was born June 28, 1917 in Fond du Lac a daughter of the late William E. and Lucille Justen Cochrane.
On June 12, 1954 she married Frank H. Kautsky.
Genevieve was a graduate of the Fond du Lac Senior High School and attended Lawrence College, Appleton. She was a member of the Christian Women Group and Opus Dei.
Survivors include, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frank on February 9th 1997, two sisters, Louise (Richard) Metz, Winifred (George) Promen and one brother William Jr.
Visitation will be held at the St. Francis Home Chapel on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 4:00 to 5:00 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St. Francis Home Chapel on Wednesday, August 28th at 5:00 PM. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Masses in her name would be appreciated or memorials may be directed to the Petawa Residence (Opus Dei), 1331 North Astor Street Milwaukee WI 53202.
