Gerald “Jerry” Ullrich, 76, of Campbellsport went to the Lord Wednesday, October 11, 2017 surrounded by his family. Gerald was born in Campbellsport on October 17, 1940, the son of Herbert “Cacus” and Mae (Eggers) Ullrich. On February 3, 1962, Gerald married the love of his life for 43 years Victoria Lee Dunham. In November of 1958, Gerald enlisted in the United States Marines, where he proudly served his country for 6 years and remained a proud Marine until his death. After service, Jerry was employed at Regalware in Kewaskum until he retired in 2003.
He is survived by four children Kurt (Bonnie) of West Bend, Julie (Sergio) Mauretti of Brunswick, OH, Kelley (Kevin) Hundertmark of Brownsville and Kevin (Kelli) Ullrich of Shelton, WA, seven grandchildren , three step grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, four step great grandchildren, four step great grandchildren, three sisters Beatrice Mueller, Joan (Norbert) Bassill of Campbellsport and Theresa (Richard) Immel of Boulder Junction, nieces, nephews, other relatives, his loving dog Reba and many friends.
Gerald was preceded in death by his wife Victoria Ullrich on March 14, 2005, one child who died at birth, his parents Herb and Mae Ullrich, step mother Helen Ullrich and brothers-in-law Gene Roth and Joe Mueller.
At Gerald’s request, there will be no formal services or visitation, which the family has honored.
In lieu of flowers or memorials, the family request donations to Nome Hospice Care.
