Gladys Grochowski

Gladys Grochowski, age 90, joined her savior, Jesus Christ, peacefully, at the St Francis Home on Friday, December 21, 2012.

 

Mom always celebrated the love of God as shown in the gift of her children, and we her children are grateful for her love. She left this world to join her savior, Jesus Christ, and we will miss her, but we are happy she is at peace.

Gladys is survived by five children:  Richard (Alex), John, Barbara (late Jeffrey), Joseph (Becca), and Kathleen (Mo).  She was Aunt Ga to Tina, Jimmy and “Elmer”. Gladys loved her nine grandchildren: Angela (Baird), Steven, Christopher, Lisa (Sarit), Amy (James), Daniel (Nicole), David, Katie, and Drew. She was GG to Cole, Nash, Aaron, Tyler, Reena, Raj, Camden, Jake, and Kyle.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph; way cool son-in-law, Jeffrey; sister “Auntie”; brother, Edward; and her parents, John and Lillian.

A memorial service will be held at the St Francis Home chapel, 33 Everett Street, Fond du Lac.

We wish to thank the staff at St Francis Home and Dr. Strong for their loving care the past five years. You became family to Gladys and we are grateful.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the St Francis Home Foundation or Employee Appreciation Fund.
