Harvey M. Zupke

Harvey M. Zupke, 79, of Malone, died Sunday, October 10, 2021, at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac. He was born in Fond du Lac on June 29, 1942, to Millard and Milldred (Dunisch) Zupke. Harvey served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.

Harvey loved the dynamics of the weather and kept current on all local weather reports. He enjoyed antiques, going out to eat, music from the 40’s, 50’s, and especially 60’s rock, and had a 1955 Ford Crown Victoria that he would enter into various car shows. Harvey was an avid fan of the Brewers and enjoyed collecting coins since childhood. He loved to listen to live music, especially the band, “Until Dawn”. Harvey was a Christian.

Survivors include his son, Jeffrey Zupke, and his daughter, Brenda Moder; two grandsons, Cody (Sarah) Zupke and Jacob (Nadya) Zupke; great-granddaughter, Avril Parker Zupke-Claudon; and expected great-grandson, baby boy Zupke; his godchild, Tim (Dawn) Engel two brothers, Darrell Zupke and Ronnie Zupke (Jeannie Bardsley); three sisters, Bonnie (David) Engel, Debbie (John) Gierach, and Lori Krueger (Randy Leichtfuss); and special friend, Jean Polakoski. He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Robert Moder; and a sister, Shirley (Gene) Reider.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. The memorial service will begin at 11:30 AM with Pastor Adam Utecht officiating followed by military funeral honors. Cremation has taken place and a private burial will take place in Ledgeview Memorial Park.
