Hazel I. Gudex,

Hazel I. Gudex, 87, of Campbellsport passed away on Friday Feb. 6, 2015 at Grancare Nursing and Rehab Center in Fond du Lac. She was born Feb. 27, 1927 the daughter of Chistopher and Johanna (nee Ebert) Johnson. On Sept. 25, 1948, Hazel married David L. Gudex in Dundee. They farmed in the Town of Forest for 11 years before moving to Campbellsport in 1959 and farming in the Town of Auburn. 



Survivors include her sons Christ of Campbellsport and Darwin (Sharon) of Fond du Lac, her daughters Louise Gudex and Beverley Gudex both of Fond du Lac, five grandchildren Rachael Gudex, Rebecca Meixner, Tammy Gudex, Joel Gudex and David James Gudex-Cross, two great grandson Rafael and Phillip, other relatives and friends. 



She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David (on Aug. 1, 2007), her son-in-law Ron Cross, her grandson-in-law Bill Meixner and her sisters Rosella and Florence. 



Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 11th at 12:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport. Rev. Eric Kirkegaard will officiate and burial will follow in Mitchell Cemetery on Hwy B in the Town of Osceola. 

Visitation will be Wednesday Feb. 11th from 10:00 AM until time of services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials are appreciated to Peace United Church of Christ Kewaskum. Online condolences and guestbook are at www.twohigfunerals.com.
