Hazel Meenk

Hazel Meenk, 95, of Waupun, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019 at Pleasant Park Place in Ripon.

Hazel was born February 6, 1923 in Alto the daughter of Herman and Bernice Vander Bosch Peters. On April 10, 1946 she married Roy Meenk in Alto and the couple lived in the Waupun area all their married lives.

Hazel is survived by her three children: Barbara (Kevin) Mulcahy of Coon Rapids, MI, Robert (Mary) Meenk of Grafton, and Laurie (Ryan) Walker of Ripon; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Roy, in 1989.

Funeral services for Hazel Meenk will be held Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun with Rev. John Tilstra officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Mound Cemetery in Waupun. Friends and relatives may call on the family on Thursday at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service.
