Jacob Moede

Jacob Moede, 23, of Waupun, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 2, 2016.

Jake was born September 1, 1992 in Waupun, the son of Douglas and Susan Brown Moede. Jake was a graduate of Waupun High School and worked at John Deere in Horicon and also Mayville Metal. The job he enjoyed the most was farming at Randy and Marcene Bruins farm for three years during high school. Jake enjoyed the outdoors where he hunted and fished.

Jake is survived by his son; Dawson Farr; his mother, Susan (Doug) Henning of Waupun; his father, Douglas Moede of Fox Lake; three sisters, Jessica Moede, Samantha Moede, and Jennifer Moede, all of Waupun; a step-brother, Brandon Henning of Waupun; maternal grandparents, Wayne and Joyce Brown of Waupun; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Butch and Nancy Moede; and a nephew, Cavin Donovan.

Memorial services for Jacob Moede will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 12 noon at Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home in Waupun with Rev. Rick Boon officiating. Burial of cremains will take place at a later date. Friends and relatives may call on the family at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
