James A. Karl

James A. Karl, age 90, passed away on December 23,
2018 at Villa Loretto Nursing Home in Mount Calvary, WI.

James was born to Ludwig and Mabel Karl on
December 23, 1928 in Fond du Lac, WI.

James married JaLaine M. Cravillion on October 23,
1956 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Fond du Lac.

James served in the Korean War in the Army,
following his service he became a pipefitter, working for the Local 400. James
enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time up North on Lake Noquebay.

Preceding him in death was his wife, JaLaine; his
parents; and a brother, Richard.

James is survived by six children, Robert (Lynda)
Karl, David (Connie) Karl, Patti Rodenkirch, John Karl, Christine (Rick)
Ziegler, and Susie Rodencal; seven grandchildren Edward (Ashley), Jacob (Jade),
Grant (Jessica), Ben, Logan, Katie (Justin), and Devon; 12 great grandchildren;
a brother, John (Shirley) Karl and sister, Kate Drew.

VISITATION: James’s family welcomes relatives and
friends for a time of visitation at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 200 S. Peters
Ave., Fond du Lac, on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 9:00 to 10:45 AM.

SERVICE: A Mass of Christian Burial will be
celebrated on Friday following visitation at Sacred Heart Church at 11:00 AM.
Interment will be at a later date at Chapel of the Risen Christ – Calvary
Mausoleum.
