James E. Kennedy
James Edward Kennedy, 90, of Fond du Lac passed away peacefully at the Lutheran Home in Fond du Lac on March 15, 2021, two days shy of his 91st birthday.
Jim was born on March 17, 1930 to the late Edward and Mildred (nee Huhn) Kennedy in Fond du Lac, WI. He lived in Fond du Lac his entire life and worked many years at Brooke Industries.
Jim is survived by a brother-in-law, James Kolander of San Jose, CA, and sister, Cecelia (Kennedy) Jones, of Menomonie, WI. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Mary Jane (Kennedy) Kolander; and a brother-in-law, Larry Jones. He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held. Uecker-Witt Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Memorials may be directed to Faith Ev. Lutheran Church, 55 Prairie Rd, Fond du Lac, WI, 54935.
The family would like to extend appreciation to Marquardt Hospice and Marlene, LHHS nurse for their care and support. Also, a special thank you to his niece, Debra Boelk, for the care and comfort she gave to “Uncle Jim”.
Jim is now enjoying long walks in heaven.
