James “Jim” E. Huseman

James “Jim” E. Huseman, 70, of North Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born February 3, 1945 in Polo, IL, the son of Ellsworth and Mamie Huseman. Jim served in the U.S. Army from August 1965 – August 1971 and was overseas during the Vietnam War. On April 24, 1971 he married Sandra F. Mielke at Presentation Church in North Fond du Lac. He worked for the Soo Line, Wisconsin Central and Canadian National Railroads, retiring in 2005. Jim enjoyed hunting,spending time with his dog, Lucky, fixing and building things and loved being up north at the cabin.



He is survived by his wife, Sandra; three children, Tammy (Mark) Anderson of Fond du Lac, Terry (Heather) Huseman and Troy (Erin) Huseman, both of North Fond du Lac; three grandchildren, Griffin Anderson, Olivia Huseman, and Emma Maravilla; siblings, Lydia (Gerald) Hanke, Sallie Mc Williams, Louie Huseman, and Eddie (Mary) Huseman, all of Illinois. He is further survived by sisters-in-law, Linda Jaeger, Nancy (Matt) Barnes, Mary (Jim) Schulze, Barb (Keith) King, and Gail (Rob) Seidl, all of North Fond du Lac; brother-in-law, Ray (Ellen) Mielke of Van Dyne; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; father and mother-in-law, Raymond and Eva Mielke; sister-in-law, Terry Jo Mielke; brother-in-law, Thomas Jaeger.



The visitation will be held from 3:00 – 6:00 pm on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home with Rev. Kimberly Stowell officiating. Cremation will follow the traditional services.
