died Thursday, April 16, 2015, at All About Life Rehabilitation Center.
Jan was born on July 28,
1931, in
a daughter of Fred R. and Mildred Tupper Willis.
Jan worked at S.S. Kresge,
Green Giant, Friday Canning Company, Miles Kimball, and the
and Pioneer Casino in

She is survived by two
sons: Carl N. (Rebecca) Koshnick of Las
Vegas and Kim L. (Sue) Koshnick of Fond du Lac; a granddaughter, Samantha
(Ronnie) Kotsala of Lake Denton, Minnesota; a sister, Mildred ”Dollie”
Doolittle; two brothers: Edward Willis
and David (Caroline) Willis; and her close friends, Kathy Gormican and Betty
Shrum, both of Fond du Lac. She is further survived by her husband, Millard
Voskuil’s family, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by
her parents, a daughter, Lisa Lyn, and her husband, Millard Voskuil.
A memorial service will be
held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2015, at Mach Funeral Chapel &
Crematory,
Zoschke officiating.
Family will greet relatives
and friends on Thursday at Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory from 2:00 p. m.
until the time of service.
