Jean Halle

Jean Katherine
Halle, 74, of Neenah, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 with
family by her side. She was born November 12, 1942 to the late Elmer and Helen
(Urban) Halle in Fond du Lac.

Jean
graduated from L.P. Goodrich High School in 1961. She worked at Mercury Marine
in the administrative offices overseeing a secretary pool. Jean retired after
working in the administrative offices at Neenah Paper.

Jean was a member
of Holy Family Parish and went to a Saint Gabriel’s Parish in Neenah. She was
associated with are St Gabriel’s Bible Study, St Gabriel’s Stampers, Wednesday
Night Dinner Diva’s, Card Groups – Dirty Dozen, Tranquil and the CC Chicks. She
enjoyed knitting, made baby hats and mittens that were given to newborn babies
at the hospital.

She is
survived by one brother, John (special friend, Barbara Berger) of Fond du Lac;
two sisters, Ruth Prey of Delafield and Rita (Brad) Manthey of Fond du Lac;
nieces and nephews, Kristin (Paul) Keck, Stephen (Randi) Halle, Mark (Wendy)
Prey, Sandi (Mike) Plotecher, Joseph Manthey and Sarah Manthey; great nieces
and nephews, Taylor Keck, Gunnar Plotecher, Madison Halle, Parker Halle and Ivy
Plotecher; other relatives and friends.

Preceding
Jean in death were her parents and a sister, Mary Halle.

Visitation: 
The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, January 7,
2017 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Holy Family Church, 271 Fourth Street Way,
Fond du Lac.

Service: 
At 11:00 AM at Holy Family Church on Saturday, January 7, 2017, a Mass
of Christian Burial will be celebrated. 
Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.

The family extends their deep
gratitude to the staff on the ICU at ThedaCare Hospital in Appleton for their
care and compassion for Jean.
