Jeffrey Scott Seitz

Jeffrey Scott Seitz, 39, of the village of Campbellsport, passed away after he battled with ALS, the illness he didn’t choose but chose to fight hard, on February 9th, 2023 peacefully outside of his residence with his family and friends by his side.

He was born on March 7th in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Gloria and Jack Seitz and united for life to Amber Lentz.

Jeff was involved with pool league, an avid bowler, fisher, hunter, lucky as hell gambler, and bean bag champ (even when his arms didn’t work he used his feet and still won). He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends going to his favorite fishing spot on the Wolf River. He enjoyed time in Mexico and Arizona, and other family vacations. In later years the campground became his second home, and his family circle grew bigger with the amazing people that he met there.

Those Jeff leaves behind to cherish his memory include, Amber Lentz, fiancée; daughters, Aryonnia and Tryniti; his sister Heather (Steve) Hammond and his brothers Jason (Crystal) Survis, and Joel (Jennifer) Seitz; along with his wonderful nieces, Emma, Haley, Leah, Victoria, Madison, Madeleine, and Grace, and his nephew Wyatt. Also with many friends that became family along the way.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Helen Seitz and his beloved dog, Player – and he will join them in Heaven.

To honor Jeff’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held at his favorite spot. Those of you who know Jeff best will know where this is.
