Judith “Judy” Ann Swiss
Judith
“Judy” Ann Swiss, 73, of Fond du Lac passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at
Froedtert Memorial Hospital, Milwaukee.
She was born
December 1, 1940 in Fond du Lac, WI the daughter to Louis and Ruby Kinsnian
Rautenberg.
Judy graduated
from Goodrich High School with the class of 1958.
On September
8, 1962 she married Roman Martin Swiss in Sacred Heart Chapel, Fond du Lac.
Judy was
employed with Bestt Rollr in the early 1960’s prior to becoming a full-time
wife, mother and grandmother. She
enjoyed reading, flower gardening, music and especially spending time with her
family. Judy is a member of Holy Family
Parish Sacred Heart Church.
Survivors
include her two sons: Mike (Heidi) Swiss of Scottsdale, AZ and Steve (Dana)
Swiss of Fond du Lac; one daughter Vicki Swiss (Mike Bentheimer) of Fond du
Lac; two granddaughters: Samantha and Emily Swiss; brother-in-law Wallace (Kay)
Swiss of Ocala, FL; two sisters-in-law Denise (John) McCrary of N Fond du Lac
and Ann Rautenberg of Redwood Falls, MN; also by nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends.
She is
preceded in death by her husband Roman; her parents; father and mother-in-law;
and her brother James Rautenberg.
Visitation:
Family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, September 2, 2014
at Holy Family Church, 271 4th Street Way, from 9:00 to 10:45 am.
Service: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at
Holy Family Church at 11:00 am. Burial
will follow in Ledgeview Memorial Park.
