Kingston Chance Vande Slunt
Kingston
Chance Vande Slunt, 5 days old, passed away in his Mommy’s arms on February 18,
2016 at Children’s Hospital of Milwaukee.
He was the son of Kayla Vande Slunt.
Kingston is
survived by his mother, Kayla, brothers, Ian and Micah, grandparents, Gary and
Elly Vande Slunt, Aunt Kyndra (Brian) Hartzler, Uncle Garrison Vande Slunt and
Aunt Kate Vande Slunt, cousins, Jackson and Lincoln Hartzler, many other
relatives and friends.
Kingston was
preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Charles and Eleanora
Weinshrott and paternal great grandparents, Donald and Jean Vande Slunt.
Visitation: Kingston’s family will welcome relatives and
friends on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Grace Reformed Church, 163 E 18th
St, Fond du Lac from 3:30 to 4:45 PM.
Service: A memorial service will follow visitation at
the church on Thursday at 5:00 PM.
In lieu of
flowers, a memorial for Kingston’s brothers has been established and can be
directed to the Fond du Lac Credit Union.
Kington’s family wants to thank all
their friends and family who have been a huge support during this time. They also thank the staff at Children’s
Hospital of Wisconsin NICU and the Ronald McDonald House for their care and
compassion.
