Marcell R. Fucik

Marceil Rose Fucik, 87, of Fond du Lac passed away Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017 at St. Agnes Hospital. 



She was born in Omro on March 7, 1930, the daughter of John C. and Magdalena “Lena” R. (nee Faust) Yost. 



On September 28, 1957, Marceil married Joseph John Fucik and they were blessed to have 60 years together. Marceil was a member of Holy Family Parish. 



Through the years Marcy enjoyed cooking, riding motorcycle with Joe, playing cards-ie Kings in the Corner and Rummy 500 and playing bingo at the Fond du Lac Senior Center and St. Francis Home. 



She was a wonderful loving Mother and a fantastic Grandmother and Great Grandmother. 



Marcy made the best toast, egg salad and mac and cheese ever for her grandkids. 



Marcy was always there for her family. 



Survivors include her husband Joseph, two daughters: 



Lynn (Edward) Schneider and Mary (John) Tennessen both of Fond du Lac, 5 grandchildren: 



Melissa (Matt) Dallmann, Andy Schneider, Joshua, Nicholas (Erica) and Ryan (Sp friend Kayla Capelle) Tennessen, 3 great grandchildren: 



Jonah Dallmann, Isabella and Eliana Tennessen, 



brother John (Betty) Yost of Omro and two sisters: 



Geraldine Basler of Oshkosh and Gertrude (Rudy) Schiller of Las Vegas, and many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. 



She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers: 



infant Lawrence, Charles and Clarence Yost. 



A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday Oct. 7th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 200 S. Peters Ave. Fond du Lac with burial at Calvary Cemetery. 



Visitation will be Saturday Oct. 7th from 9:30 AM until time of mass at the Church.
