Marilyn E. Miller

Marilyn Elaine Miller, 84, formerly
of Rosendale, died on Monday, October 2, 2017, at St. Agnes Hospital.

 

She was born October 4, 1932
in Fond du Lac County, the daughter of August and Dorothy Paul Wittchow.  Marilyn graduated from Rosendale Union Free
High School, Class of 1950.  She married
Robert “Bob” Miller on September 9, 1950 in Rosendale. 

 

She worked for Koehler Lumber
Company and later worked as a bank teller/bookkeeper at the Rosendale State
Bank for 26 years and retired on December 31, 1993.  She was an active member of St. Stephens
Lutheran Church in Rogersville.  She
enjoyed dancing, fishing, word searches and spending time with her
granddaughters.

 

She is survived by her
husband, Robert “Bob” Miller of Fond du Lac; two children: Richard “Rick” (Patricia)
Miller of Oshkosh and Deborah Patrenets of Fond du Lac; eight grandchildren:
Jennifer Miller of Madison, Jessica Miller of Lima, Peru, Christina (Ammon)
Collins of Portland, Oregon, John (Rae Ann) Dobyns of Oshkosh, Julie (Stewart)
Davis of La Habra, California, Tom Patrenets of Appleton, Brian (Julie)
Patrenets of Franklin and Kevin (Heather) Patrenets of Kenosha; ten great
grandchildren; one brother: Eugene (Marion) Wittchow of Ripon; one sister:
Shirley (Orville) Batterman of Van Dyne; two sisters in law: Marilyn Albrecht
of Rosendale and Julie (Tom) Stellmacher of Ripon; brother in law: Eugene
(Irene) Miller of Ripon; many nieces and nephews.

 

She was preceded in death by
her parents, her brother Duane “Pooky” Wittchow, father and mother in law: Melvin
and Lucille Miller, brother in law George Albrecht.

 

VISITATION: Friends may call on Friday,
October 6, 2017, at St. Stephen’s Ev. Lutheran Church, N5680 Towne Road,
Rogersville, from 3-6:00 p.m.

 

FUNERAL: A memorial service will be held at
6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 6, 2017, at St. Stephen’s Ev. Lutheran Church,
N5680 Towne Road, Rogersville, with Pastor Tim Albrecht and Pastor Kim Stowal officiating.

 

Inurnment will be in Rosendale Cemetery,
Rosendale, at a later date.
