Marlin Francis Mack

Marlin Francis Mack, formerly of Fond du
Lac, passed away on January 16, 2015 at Alameda
Hospital in Alameda, CA.  He was born to Clarence and Florence (Huck) Mack on July 18, 1930.  Marlin was a loving husband to Alfia Frances “Fran”
Pennise for 41 years until her passing on May 14, 2006. 

Marlin was a member of the United States Navy and served in
the Korean War.  After his service,
Marlin was a railroad engineer for 40 years, working for Western, Union and Southern Pacific.  Marlin had an amazing sense of humor and was
the life of any party.

Marlin is survived by one daughter, Melissa (Jason) Mack
Manning, one grandchild, Todd Antonio “Tony Todd” Mack Manning, all of Alameda, CA and one
brother, Tom, of Fond du Lac.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Fran,
and his parents.

Family will welcome relatives and friends on Saturday,
January 31, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 East Division St, Fond du Lac.  A funeral service will take place at 11:00
a.m. with burial to follow at Calvary
Cemetery.
