Mildred F. Boelter

Mildred F. Boelter, 98, of Fond du Lac, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2013 at Woodlands Senior Park.

 

Mildred was born on January 17, 1915 in the Town of Fountain, Prairie, WI, a daughter of Herman and Amelia Ehlert Bobholz. 

She married Louis H. Boelter on July 20, 1933 in Waukegan, IL. 

 

Mildred is a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac and was a former member of Pilgrim Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wauwatosa, WI.  She worked at National Foods and Marshall Fields in Milwaukee. 

 

Survivors include her daughter, Jackie (Harry) Kuehl of Lake Geneva; three grandchildren, Matt (Josette) Kuehl of Lake Geneva, Tom Kuehl of Chicago, IL and Annie Kuehl of Chicago, IL; three great grandchildren, Amanda, Kelsie and Shane Kuehl and special friends, Sharon Entringer King and Lois Pflum.

 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis, on May 25, 1992; a grandson, Jon David Kuehl; five sisters, Helen, Eleanor, Gladys, Pearl and infant Lorraine; and four brothers, George, Ervin, Herman and Clarence.

 

Visitation:  Visitation will be at Hope Lutheran Church, 260 Vincent St., Fond du Lac, from 10:00 am to the time of services at 11:00 am on Thursday February 21, 2013. 

 

Services:  Funeral services will be on Thursday at 11:00 am at Hope Lutheran Church.  Rev. Jon Christensen will officiate.  Burial will be in Rienzi Cemetery.

 

Memorials in her name may be directed to Hope Lutheran Church.
