Patricia “Jeanne”. Secor

Patricia “Jeanne”. Secor, 87, of Fond du Lac, currently a resident of St. Francis Nursing Home died Sat. January 3, 2015 with family by her side. She was born in the Town of Eden on Mar. 11, 1927 “Green March 11th”, the daughter of William J. and Katherine (nee Baumhardt) Reilly. She graduated from Campbellsport High School in 1944. After High School she moved to Fond du Lac and worked at J.C. Penny’s. She lived in California from 1949 until1963. She moved back to Fond du Lac where she worked at St. Agnes Hospital in the Accounting Dept. as an Inventory Accounting Clerk for 24 years. She was a current member of Holy Family Parish, a former member of St. Patrick’s Church and its Altar and Rosary Society. She married Thomas Secor on October 22, 1977. Her family was everything to Jeanne. 



Survivors include, her children Debra Ristau of Des Moines, IA, Mark Ristau of Denver, CO and Kevin Ristau of Fond du Lac, grandchildren Katherine Jeanne Ristau-Estes of Chicago, IL, Nicole (Travis) Wiegand of Denver, CO and Mark Ristau of Denver, CO, great grandchildren Caleb, Camryn and Cadence Lucero of Denver, CO, her stepson Thomas (Lynda) Secor of Green Bay and their children Jamie (Rob) Hoch of Oneida, Andrew (Rebecca) Secor of Pleasant Prairie, and Ryan Secor of Seattle, WA, stepgreat grandchildren Theodore “TJ”, Dayton, Addison, Natalee and Halee, one brother Jim (Mickey) Reilly of Shullsburg, 50 nieces and nephews, one special cousin Irene Majerus and many other relatives and friends. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents, husband Thomas Secor on March 28, 2014, five sisters: Mary Barnes, Helen Gaffney, Lillian Reilly, Coletta Abhold and Sally Williams and 10 brothers: Lawrence, Leo, George, John, Emmett, Donald, Thomas, William, Ambrose and Michael. 



The family will receive relatives and friends on Sat. Jan. 10th, 2015 from 9:00 AM until 11:00AM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 305 Fond du Lac Avenue, Fond du Lac, a Celebration of Jeanne’s life will be at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Words cannot express enough about the care, love, and support given to Jeannne by the staff at the St. Francis Nursing Home, Serenity Circle and the St. Francis Terrace. Thank you to Dr. Brenda Grass for the many years of care. Thank you to Agnesian Hospice Hope especially Jean, Colleen, Julie, JoAnne for providing comfort care to Jeanne in her last days.
