Patricia Mengert Neuy Sippel

Patricia Mengert Neuy Sippel went to her Heavenly home
on November 11, 2015. 

Patricia was born in Appleton, Wisconsin, to Leo and
LaVerna Bash, on November 26, 1939. 

She was a member of Holy Family Parish.  Mom
loved doing for others whenever she was able, and above all, for her children
and grandchildren.  Mom always made time to go from one school to another
to support her children at all of their school activities.  She thoroughly
enjoyed making candy and cookies at Christmastime and had a strong passion for
gardening, especially her roses.  Schreiner’s Restaurant was her favorite
place to dine and spend time with family and friends.

She is survived by her children: James Mengert, Timothy
(Diane) Mengert, Merry (David) Arndt, Robert (Michele) Mengert, and Paul
(Melissa) Mengert; step-daughter, Vicky (Tom) Mainzinger; sisters: Janet (Don)
Ready and Marlene (George) Grauwels;  brothers: Gary (Carol) Staffeldt and Robert
(Barbara) Leiskau; sisters-in-law: Mary Irvine and Pat (Eugene) Braun; brothers-in-law: Terry (Karen)
Sippel and Jack Bresenham; grandchildren: Ashley (Paul) Arndt-Eggers, Shane
(Sarah) Arndt, Derek (Jessica) Arndt, Tylor Mengert, Anna Mengert, Zak Mengert,
Meg Mengert, Samantha Mengert, and Kate Mengert; step-grandchildren: Krysti
(Mike) Turznick, Ethan, Jonah and Caleb Duwell; great-grandchildren:
Brynn and Baylee Arndt, Rilee Mengert, and Arwen Turznick. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo Bash,
and LaVerna and Atwood Leiskau; husband, John Neuy; husband, James Sippel; son,
Mykel Mengert; brother, Terry Leiskau; brother-in-law, Lloyd Irvine; and
sister-in-law, Ruth Bresenham. 

The family extends a special thank you to Dr. Michael
Sergi and the staff of Agnesian Hospice Home of Hope for their kind and
attentive care, and Patrick and Darcy from Botanicals Floral Studio for his
weekly flower deliveries to mom.    

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the
family. 

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on
Saturday, November 14, 2015, at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 31 East
Division Street, Fond du Lac, with celebrant and friend, Andre Lesperance officiating.

The visitation will be on Saturday at Kurki-Mach
Funeral Chapel & Crematory from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.

 

Burial will follow in Calvary
Cemetery.
