Patricia Rose Tolvstad

Patricia Rose Tolvstad, 84,
of
Fond du Lac,
went peacefully into the hands of her Lord and Savior  on Monday, March 9, 2015, at Grancare Nursing
and Rehabilitation.

 

She was born on August 29,
1930, in Williamstown, Dodge County,
Wisconsin
, a daughter to Ruben
and Rose Steinhorst.

 

Pat graduated from Mayville High School and Marion (College)
University.

 

On August 2, 1952, she
married Roy A. Tolvstad.  They lived in Fond du Lac and formerly in North
Fond du Lac
.

 

Pat was a school teacher in
the City of Fond du Lac
for over 30 years.  She liked to spend
her summers in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, and her
winters in Lake Havasu City,
Arizona
.  She enjoyed traveling the United States, Mexico,
and Canada.  Pat liked to play cards and was a Packer fan.

 

She is survived by two
children:  Mike (Jewel) Tolvstad, and
Cindy (Jim) Schneider; four grandchildren: 
Paul (Anna) Tolvstad, Renae (Dan) Werkheiser, Kevin Schneider, and Lisa
(Bob) Gracia; four great-grandchildren and another one to be born this summer,
Maesa, Neely, and Levi Werkheiser, and Ivan Gracia.  She is further survived by nieces and
nephews.

 

She was preceded in death by
her parents; her husband, Roy, on October 19, 1990; two brothers and a
sister-in-law: Robert (Arlene) Steinhorst and Allen Steinhorst.

 

The funeral service will be
held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Calvary Bible
Church
, 70 East Pioneer Road, Fond du Lac, with Rev. Kenneth Kramer
officiating.

 

The visitation will be on
Thursday at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.

 

Entombment will be in Shrine
of Rest Mausoleum at Ledgeview
Memorial Park
.

at Holy Family Church,
Holy Family Parish. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
