Paul J. Lau

Paul Jerome Lau of Campbellsport, Wisconsin escaped his mortal realm of pain at home on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the age of 69.

He was born April 22, 1949 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin to James and Lorraine (Federer) Lau.

After graduating from St. Gregory High School, Paul enlisted in the United States Air Force and bravely served our country in the Viet Nam War. Paul was a member of the VVA and AMVETS.

Paul married Amy Robbins, September 4, 1992 in West Bend, Washington County, Wisconsin.

Paul farmed in Manitowoc County; his career was ended after a corn harvesting accident cost him his right arm.

A short time later a barn fire destroyed the herd and barn.

Paul received an LTC degree in accounting and became a state auditor after which he opened his own accounting service in West Bend.

He is survived by the following children: Paul Lau Jr. of Indiana, Scott Lau of Indiana and Julie Lau of Indiana.

Paul is survived by the following brothers and sisters; Donald (Sheryl) Lau of Sheboygan Falls,

Patricia (Melvin) Baumgartner of St. Nazianz,

Allan (Patty) Lau of Chicago Heights, Katherine (Steven) Anderson, The Villages, Florida, Joann Christel, Valders,

James Jr. (Fay) Lau of Denmark, Annette (Danny) Liermann of Rockville.

He is further survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Lorraine Lau, his wife, Amy, a sister

Grace Dietzler and a brother Ralph.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 27th at 7:00 PM at the Twohig Funeral Home, 109 W. Main St. Campbellsport.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home

Military Honors and inurnment will be Thursday, June 28th at 2:00 PM at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
